Followfy does not guarantee specific sales results.

3. Eligibility

You must:

Be at least 18 years old

Have authority to bind your company

Use the Services for lawful business purposes

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Account Registration

To access the Services, you must:

Provide accurate information

Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

Notify us of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all actions performed through your account.

5. Trial Period

If a free trial is offered:

The trial duration is 14 days unless otherwise stated

Access may be limited during trial

Followfy reserves the right to terminate a trial at any time

No guarantees are made regarding performance during trial

Conversion to paid service requires explicit subscription activation.

6. Fees & Payment

If you subscribe to paid Services:

You agree to pay all applicable fees

Fees are billed in advance

Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination

Followfy may change pricing with notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Services to:

Send spam

Violate communication laws (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, etc.)

Harass or mislead recipients

Infringe intellectual property

Engage in fraudulent activity

Distribute unlawful content

You are solely responsible for compliance with all marketing and communication regulations.

8. AI & Automation Disclaimer

Agentsales uses automated systems to interact with leads and customers.

You acknowledge that:

AI-generated messages may contain inaccuracies

Followfy does not guarantee correctness of automated outputs

You are responsible for reviewing and supervising system behavior

Followfy is not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.

9. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data uploaded into the platform.

You grant Followfy a limited license to:

Process your data

Store your data

Operate the Services

You are the data controller.
Followfy acts as a data processor.

10. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Obtaining proper consent from leads and customers

Maintaining opt-out mechanisms

Ensuring legal communication practices

Verifying accuracy of automated workflows

Followfy provides tools. You control their use.

11. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, content, and technology provided by Followfy remain the exclusive property of Followfy.

You may not:

Reverse engineer

Copy the platform

Resell without authorization

Create derivative works

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

Business information

Technical configurations

Customer data

This obligation survives termination.

13. Service Availability

Followfy does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may:

Perform maintenance

Modify features

Suspend services for security reasons

We are not liable for downtime beyond reasonable control.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Followfy shall not be liable for:

Lost revenue

Lost profits

Lost business opportunities

Indirect or consequential damages

Misuse of the platform

Regulatory violations caused by the customer

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the previous 3 months.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Followfy from claims arising from:

Your misuse of the Services

Your violation of communication laws

Your unlawful marketing practices

Your customer data

16. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement.

Followfy may suspend or terminate immediately if:

You violate these Terms

You fail to pay

You engage in unlawful activity

Upon termination, access to the Services may be revoked.

17. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of changes.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of:
