Truzt is a Mexican insurance brokerage representing more than 15 major carriers, including GNP, Chubb, New York Life, and Mapfre. Human Agent Tramite Portal

A centralized operational portal was built to connect human executives with autonomous execution.

Advisors select the required procedure, such as renewal or endorsement, and the system automatically prepares carrier specific documentation, policy structures, and administrative steps.

This reduced dependency on individual carrier portals and standardized internal execution across insurers.

Autonomous Collection and Notification Loop

Once a policy is configured, an autonomous service agent manages collection and notification workflows.

Payment reminders, status updates, and confirmation messages are executed across multiple channels until the policy is successfully renewed and payment is confirmed.
